If you value money, don't go with this project. I literally blocked for 3 years. The builder is dumb and doesn't even listen to our concern. They are delaying our project from 3 years and still they are continuing the same. The worst decision i ever made is buying the flat here.

Quality of construction is very good but only one approach road to the main road. Many gated communities and apartments in PJR area. Commute is going to be very difficult with overflowing sewage not getting cleared for nearly 8 months now. Rainy season is going to be difficult.

We see daily traffic jams. Once this project is completed and other high-rises are built around it, the traffic will become a nightmare. So, don't buy flats here in this congested area.
