Update 15-sep-2025 Inspite of asking for status updates over calls, messages emails, they are not willing to share the details. Message to all future investors ( buyers ) : imagine investing your hard earned money in this project, post payments, your calls are rejected, your messages are ignored, your emails are unanswered, you will not receive any updates about how much work is completed and how much work is pending, You will endup in unlimited waiting mode. Update : 11-apr-2025 ( after EIC reply ) You claim yourself to be largest integrated township in India, Asia blah blah.. but your actions does not match even a 1% to the professionalism that you are supposed to show. Your reply to my review does not make any sense at all.. you have not addressed even a single problem that I have mentioned in my review. You or Your Team never picked my calls as I am asking for Project Updates. You have never dared to reply to my email as you dont have any answer. Till Today, you have not sent an email to customer about the project status... give me a simple answer to my question.. what ever Amenities mentioned in the Brochure, How many have You Completed so far, How many are pending? By when can you complete the remaining Amenities? Shall I answer ? You have Completed 0 Amenities and 100+ are pending. And, You are going to take forever time to complete the remaining Amenities. Who ever invested in this project and what ever amount invested is gone for waste cause. You guys just ate all our hard earned money. I highly doubt that most of 4*,5* reviews, ratings are self given or paid. I keep this review till you finish the project (phase-1, phase-2, phase-3 ) with given promises. First update : If there is a possibility to give 0 or minus stars, then this project is most deserved project for that rating. I bought a plot here in year 2021. They talk so nice and explain so many high end features, show a beautiful graphics video, brochure etc. After purchasing the plot and completing payments, they do not even bother to lift the call. I have been asking them to share project development updates for which they reply with some random work pictures from site. These pictures will not help to assess what amenities are completed and what is remaining in the 360+ Acers layout. Whenever I ask them about completion timelines for all/individual amenity mentioned in the brochure, they simply say that, with in 2 months we are going to get O.C, after O.C we will start constructing permanent buildings/gardens like Clubhouse, landscaping, parks etc. As months and years pass by, now they are not even picking my calls. There is no price appriciation no development works. They have spent a huge money to maintain employees and to publish the advertisements, marketing, hordings.. rather, they should have spent that money for development of layout... They have even gone for RERA extension without informing plot owners ( customers ). Initial RERA completion date was Apr-2024. After Extension, new completion date is Apr-2025. Even today ( Mar-2025 ), the completion of all amenities, clubhouse, landscaping, parks is very very very far from what they have shown in brochure and trailer video. For that matter, They have not even completed Blacktop roads in entire layout, so we can imagine, by when they will be able to finish all promised developments in the layout. From 2021 to Till today, they have never published/shared a progress report about the project. so, you can imagine howmuch works and at which pace they are progressing in the layout. In this kind of circumstances, I highly doubt if all these 4*, 5* reviewes are genuine or fake...!!! If any co.plot owners wants to come together and question the builder collectively, lets form a group, in telegram search for epitomeintegratedcity and join the group. I keep this review till the situation changes. So, If you are reading this review, i.e Project is still lagging a lot, no development updates at site, no transparency in sharing the updates with customers, and price is not justified.
