Ivory and Juniper are part of the same project. Brigade will never tell this, except that they share a small club facility for 1500 flats and 5000 residents. That's only not so major part. You are shocked when you realise that Juniper and Ivory share the same exit and entry. All the vehicles of Juniper and Ivory will enter from existing Juniper Gate and exit gate is 300 m away with no visibility between the 2. Vehicle entring for Juniper can go into Ivory Parking or Ivory vehicle can go into Juniper parking. There's no SOP defined. But common SOP can't be defined as Juniper has its own RWA while Ivory will be managed by the Brigade for at least 3+4 years till Ivory Phase 2 possession is complete. There will be multiple security, coordination and management problems that have not been envisaged by Brigade. This big flaw makes investment in Juniper and Ivory a waste.

We’ve invested in Ivory Phase 2 at Brigade Orchards, Devanahalli, and I must say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Based on the trust and reputation of the Brigade group have gone in for a dwelling at the Ivory phase 1.Hope the choice made is a correct one. The documentation and the payment process too seems smooth and clear with all details of payment and other matters available online through Brigade's groups portal Mykey. Yes, have faced certain hiccups and inconvenience a few times in relation to payments even after paying, however on communication over here4you@brigadegroup .com email ID things have been sorted out. All depends on the personnel interacting and communicating with you where I too have experienced unpleasant conversations specially when being followed up for payments even after payment. Brigade is very particular on payment and payment dates. During my recent visit (March 2025) to the property, all seems good and the possession is likely to happen on time. The surroundings are clean and pleasant. The atmosphere seems amazing. I was attended by Mr. Ajit Shetty and Mr.Sanjay RS, both were extremely courteous and cleared my queries and explained to me the necessary details regarding documentation, registration process and about the taxes too. Sincerely thank both of them for giving me time and patiently listening to me. Thank you team Brigade. Hope life and times ahead could be cherished with Ivory at Brigade Orchards. Dr.Manohar Prabhu
