Extremely satisfied with the location , construction quality, customer service…! One of the best in Vizag .Wrt locationThe newly sanctioned Sabbavaram- Sheelanagar 6 lane road will make the travel time to under 10 minutes to NH-16 bypass , Gangavaram- Sheelanagar , Port road extension , and already being very close to AH45 , being in the city makes it a perfect location . Sabbavarm/Sheela nagar will become center to the city in long term .If you want better and more healthier atmosphere, with appreciation then north of the city would be better which is outskirts of the city .If one wants to stay in the city limits and still want a villa , this Is the best option .
