The team at Mahindra handled the entire process really well. From the initial sale right up to the handover things moved smoothly. Common borewell and sump removes the need for each owner to drill down. High quality electric and water distribution set up at the site.

Why compound wall not provided in all side.only in front elevation......fence only provided.....even small plot developers r providing it

Borewell by individual is allowed in plot or not...is individual property ...y borewell are not permitted

After booking plot and paying few installments, they don't pick up phone calls.

A genuine and detailed review from a Mahindra World City resident: I have been a resident of Mahindra City for close to a decade now. Initially, I bought a flat in Aqualily Apartments by Mahindra. When Mahindra announced their plotted community project, Lakefront Estates, I decided to sell my flat and buy land here to construct my own house. Pros: Flood-free, pollution-free community with well-maintained streets equipped with security cameras. Presence of many corporate companies within Mahindra City, making daily commutes convenient for employees. Presence of a couple of decent schools offering quality education. Overall, a peaceful place to live, though it is far from the city center. Cons: In my personal experience, the Mahindra team here at MWC is purely money-focused. Poor construction quality with issues like dampness, uneven tile work, and subpar plumbing/electrical work. The premium pricing of projects does not match the quality of work. Even compounds in Lakefront Estates have poor plastering work, painted without fixing them. Properties sold on a leasehold basis, with buyers required to pay a lifetime maintenance fee to Mahindra. Restrictions on borewell drilling, requiring residents to purchase water from Mahindra for day-to-day usage. Despite these drawbacks, after searching for a year for a perfect place like MWC in Chennai, I couldn't find one. Ultimately, I decided to move back to MWC and bought land in Lakefront Estates. I'm willing to agree to all MWC terms and conditions because I want to provide my kids with a better quality of life.
