They mention all the amenities in broucher, provide them in a minimum quantity for name sake and don't let the residents use them by restricting the timing to typical suit people who work for 9 to 5. They literally dont allow people to use it at resident's convenience. Not suitable and won't recommend for MNC employees and other late hour workstyle residents. They don't take inclusive opinions before they set timing and rules. Also no dedicated bike parkings provided for the residents. People already facing issue on this aspect. The team is mummified for larger issue but come up with a quickie on petty cases creating disharmony among the residents while the builder team take a back off without resolving any major issues. Even before full occupancy & within few months of its tenure, STP foul smell is pathetic and it almost kills people who crossby, people live in the nearby block couldn't breathe. One of the worst property developer. Till sales, they have all buttered words with fake commitments. They are poor to the core Especially in terms of customer relationship, maintenance and issue management. They were consciously unfair among owners. They pioneered and very sure about establishing a lobby even before an association is even formed to cover up their inefficient work that they have left behind. They executed all cheap tactics, unfair approach to establish what they wanted to do. They never attend crucial/critical issues raised by the owner/resident instead they were keen about playing games among owners creating partiality and unfair treatment. They frame double standard rules without consent of the owners/residents over night. Will never recommend this small time builder to any of my friends and relatives. If you want to invest and get lifetime headache. Then go ahead with this builder promoter.

Great atmosphere, clean air, Green surrounding, one side lake, easy accessibility from anywhere and to anywhere with ease. Traffic very less. Community is very vibrant and active. It is a paradise on earth, no pollution.

In addition to that they have good experienced maintenance team and security force inside the campus doing excellent job 24x7 which is very comfortable and safety to our living.
