Prestige Lavender Fields construction is creating lot of Infrastructure & Seepage problems to adjacent property of Prestige Lakeside Habitat. Prestige constructions and L&T is not taking any action for the same. See the way how water is getting flooded when it rains in the basement 1 & 2 parking area of PLH.

3 Nala and 1 CDP road!! Checked the rera approval plan of this project. Three big 15m wide Nala has to pass and one 18metre CDP road has to go from inside of this project's land parcel. Dont opt for this project.

The project has excellent layout, is decently sized and apartments also are having efficient layouts. Project is a great mix of multiple configurations. The ground coverage is low which means more open spaces. It is a high rise with 32 floors and very good view from higher floors too. L&T doing construction and work progressing at good speed Value for money premium project
