ASBL team is good but they find it very difficult to live up to their promises post sales . They don’t have escalation paths and all focus moves to new projects while customers with existing projects are often left stranded. The POCs keep changing , the one we get are helpless at times and management in email often don’t response. I think there is a need to look at post sales support very seriously and with same standards the way ASBL looks at sales
