I have purchased the flat. My experience has been mixed. I found the process was complex as it required approvals and discussion on various levels be it the legal, financial and other intricate aspects. However, the team helped me out. For example, there was an bank representative deputed right their in the ASBL office who helped me understand the loan process in detail.

This is one of the very few projects in market giving interest reimbursement offer. makes the purchase convenient for the buyer. I've bought with asbl in this project some time back the the reimbursements so far have been as per the promised timelines every month. Good experience.

After moving to Hyderabad for work, my wife and I were looking for a 3BHK in the financial district. We visited multiple projects, but Loft stood out as it fit our budget while offering amenities usually found in more expensive properties. The spacious balconies were a big plus for us.

Loft is a good project in FD, and the builder is also trustworthy. In fact, I read this in the newspaper recently that during July to September quarter, 12K homes were sold while an additional 14K units are ready for sale. And the market is already being dominated by West Hyderabad. So I think you can go ahead with it.

I read a review that the carpet area is less in proportion to the saleable area, but i calculated for all the projects i had shortlisted and it's coming out highest in loft among others. if you see, for a 1695 unit, carpet area of 1050 is coming out to be 62%. For jayabheri sahasra, for the 1450sft unit, carpet area is 875 sft, that's 60%. For western springs near loft, it's 60% for the smallest unit and 61% for the biggerst unit. So this is the range for all the good projects.In fact for loft, it's a room sized balcony, so the net usable area would be even higher in loft when compared to other projects. it's coming out around 70%.

A decent project by a good builder. I'll talk about the location, it's close to ORR and airport. Most of the IT and ITeS companies are here only, thus an increase in demand for housing. With very few mid-sized 3 BHKs available in this market, the demand for this project will further rise in my opinion.
