I would not say to go with sobha projects. Coz what sales team says and demo flat shows delivery is exactly opposite to this. They reserve the rights quoting if material js over with vendor sobha has privilege to decide what product to install which is a substandard product. For example in demo flat sanitary-ware will be of some foreign brand but in actuality flat it will be PNC which is sobha’s in house brand. Tiles in bathroom they will show printed and aesthetic but in reality they will deliver plain white tiles. I am attaching the pictures as proof to same.
