I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to RCPL. This is my second Purchase with RCPL 😊.During the initial approach with the Marketing Team Mr.Ashley was welcoming and convincing. He explained all the process in detail and was in touch till the booking of the flat and all the formalities. From start to finish, the entire process was exceptionally well-managed, with excellent communication, easy transaction,high-quality craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to meeting my needs and expectations.The flat is well-designed and located in a great area.The quality of construction & finishes are top-notch.What made me to choose RC Meadows is their Specifications & their wide corridors, Non wall sharing houses which is worth the price you pay. I would also like to thank the QC team ,for monitoring the Quality of Materials to be used for the construction of the project , which have been never done by other builders. This project has just Basic Amenities, which is more than enough for this project. The layout and design of the flat are perfect, providing ample natural light and ventilation.They were always responsive to my queries .No compromise in quality of the work.Staffs were supportive and cooperative in all aspects. I would also like to thank Mr.Gilbert & Mr.Bijesh who were supportive for providing the site update . I overall recommend RCPL for their quality, hospitality, valuing their customers needs and handing over projects on time.

Not a good project. They are saying 50+ amenities, but there is no space for amenities in that project. Minor amenities for kids are available along with gym that too only in two floors with small rooms. RWD waterfront is far better in providing amenities compared to RC meadows within the same price. RWD is transparent in explaining their project and displayed their video at entrance itself where we can see their amenities. But RC prices are high with minor amenities inside small rooms. There is no open space for RC project for providing amenities. Space around the building are filled with car parking. Sales persons will say many things about amenities, but there is no space for amenities. While enquiring, you can ask them to show the amenities floor map with diagrams which they don't have. But, RWD is transparent within less price and RWD will explain you each amenity's location compared to RC meadows. RC meadows is charging high price with less space and negligible amenities when compared to RWD. Don't fall into the prey of RC team as they cheat you with the name of amenities. They will provide only house, not amenities. Its a very small project with big price. Not worthy with the price what they are saying. go for any other project as they provide more amenities within the same price.
