கொடுத்த அட்வான்ஸ் பணத்தைத் திருப்பி கேட்டால் இவ்வளவு காலதாமதம் கூடாது... ஒரு நிலத்தின் மீது போட்ட அட்வான்ஸ் பணத்தைத் திரும்பப் பெற 2 மாதமாக கேட்கிறேன், உரிய பதில் இல்லை. மக்கள் கவனமாக இருக்கவும்!There shouldn't be such a delay when asking for the advance money back.

Worst builder no proper responseManagement will not respond at allThey will hude from owners as there r quality issues in all the projects and they r not eligible for high rise buildings at all as they don't know to construct and maintain.They will also not fullfill what they have committed and never supports owners of the flats.

Looking beautiful in external appearance. Lift services is good, so also car parking facility. Lacunas.1. Attached bathroom.Very narrow, closet is close to the door, chances for falling.Window hurts the head while bathing. Very large glass windows reflecting Sunrays and heat. Privacy is sacrificed.Doors are not if equal sizes. Smaller ones do not allow table to be carried in.White painting of walls only ceiling is good, not all walls . Rain water via stair cases enter corridors causing slippery walk and fall..3 BHK, only one small balcony. Cloth drying facility unsatisfactory as only 4 lines could be fixed in some flats. During rains balcony is slippery, water is not directed outwards. DTH facility very unsatisfactory . No boosters. Walls are not sturdy. In my opinion Long life may be Average. Common facilities - except Generators and carparking nothing else available. No proper setup of Maintenance.Leave alone swiming pool No recreation room, no club house etc. Unwanted complications in Door lock operations. Dark bathrooms needing electric power every time. Could have been more customer friendly.Installation of ACs. More money is to be spent to connect internal and external units via longer rooting in hall, bathroom needing lengthy copper tubes say approximately

We bought a house with this builder by mistake. They dont hv any courtesy. Money is the only motive. They will treat the customers with utmost disrespect and disgrace. Construction is too bad. Never buy a house with this builder. We will regret forever

The management system in this company is totally useless, there is not even water for people to drink on the site.
