Kishore Kumar ji is the best guy to deal with. He is very well spoken and made my experience very enjoyable. I was very good chatting with him and would recommend to speak to him about icon projects.

Mr. Kishore Kumar gave a very clear explanation of the project. They are open to slight customisation in the design as well. No compromise on quality. Feels very premium. Prime location in terms of futuristic development. Good amenities. However, the project feels very compact, no utility space, no space for puja room, main door directly faces opposite flat main door. The bedroom door is also placed directly facing the maindoor. The balcony is very small, kitchen and living room concept is nice but only 4 seater dining table can be placed. - suitable for nuclear family set up.

Compact and budget apartments. Have all legal approvals. The team were very polite and explaining every detail very keen. As we met Mr.Kishore, he was very patiently explaining things and helping us. Overall good work by the builders.
