The quality of Lodha is world class and unmatched, the project is in one of the prime locations in north Bangalore compared to any other builders in the same price range, I'm impressed with the bigger floor plans would suggest to go for it to live in a blissful community and to avoid unnecessary traffic hurdles in future.

I booked an apartment in Lodha Mirabelle last year & they said that possession will be given around Dec 2026 which i was ok with. The mistake I did was to trust them regarding the payment schedule as per the sale agreement & I went ahead & signed it only to realise later that I have made 90% of the payment by April 2025 & possession is Dec 2026 ! These guys enjoy with the clients money ! Why do they need us to pay only when the skeleton comes up ? Their cost is more post the roof slabs & block work. I feel it is very unfair. Watch out for the payment schedule if you are booking any apartment with this builder. Another issue is it is one hell of a task to tally their statements !
