I recently enquired about purchasing an apartment in Brigade Morgan Heights, Chennai, and was very disappointed to learn that the project does not allow dedicated EV charging points for individual parking slots. In today’s world, when electric vehicles are becoming a necessity and even government policies encourage home-based EV charging under personal meters, it’s surprising that a reputed builder like Brigade hasn’t planned for this basic modern requirement. The sales team mentioned that only common charging points will be available — which means residents will have to wait their turn, depend on shared infrastructure, and cannot conveniently charge their own vehicles overnight at home. This is a huge setback for anyone planning long-term sustainability and convenience. For a premium project like Brigade Morgan Heights, this is quite disappointing. Buyers expect future-ready infrastructure, especially for EV ownership. I hope the management and builder reconsider this policy and provide dedicated EV charging options for individual owners

We booked our 3bhk in Morgan Heights, the experience with the Brigade experience has been so professional. Needless to say I reached brigade after viewing other builders as well. Also, have to mention Chirag Soni, our sales poc, he’s just 24/7 to assist me and helped me sort the right home . kudos to the entire team and Chirag . Keep rocking .
