Fraudulent company.Very bad experience!Refusing to refund my 33 L paid 8 months ago , now I am fighting legally.Big establishment, Big name , swindling from honest people.

This community is well maintained by staffs and security measures are well and good . individual securities alloted for each towers and lots of amminities for childrens to play and inside this community peoples are very friendly and genuine. This is one of the tallest and luxurious community in entire peelamedu avinashi road.....

Huge property. Went to look out for rental. Looks very expensive

Highly over priced flats for rent here.The main reason for such issues is because of brokers. It’s very difficult to get flat here for rent without paying them one month of rent as brokerage fee. The rise in brokers roaming around this society is because of improper management of the Sattva association. Brokers are walking around the society as if they’re staying there. This shows inefficiency with regard to security of other family owners or tenants.Secondly, just to earn more rent to pay off EMI or whatever be the reason, bachelors are increasing day by day in this society which also makes it uncomfortable for other family members. Not all bachelors are bad, but many people rent or own flats in gated societies to ensure safety of their family.Third biggest issue is, SALT water or NO softened water is provided in such high priced or high end society. Most of the branded builders in Coimbatore provide above average water standards.It’s been more than a year or two still no association or fixed maintenance fee. Owners are charging maintenance as per their wish. There is no proper maintenance of property. Cigarette buds lying around the towers.Please don’t be fooled by the sky scrapers it’s not worth the money to stay here and spoil your health.
