Project on ugly cheaply assembled irregular plot of land where most of the land will go to vehicular traffic and CDP road is going across the property. Most apartments will get view of slaughterhouse or graveyard or bbmp stp or face other apartments. Very dense with too many apartments and low UDS. Won’t stand the test of time and you will probably be left holding a heavy bag! Once the ORR and other metro opens people from e-city, kanakpura, north bangalore can reach orr offices quickly and you lose the iota of near to job market advantage that you have. These interior place rentals will certainly see a correction and so will the property prices. Without connectivity particularly metro there is no long term value for these apartments. Moreover in a few years there will be more apartments here then jobs and water! This area is exactly opposite of layouts like HSR- unplanned and chaotic, high density, flood prone, no easy acess to key areas of the city and these are not so fixable issues even in future. Also due to huge land availability newer and fancier projects will keep coming devaluing existing ones and with patience you can get good deals in recession time and you can buy realty index stock instead as hedge. Note: These are personal observations and they can take years to play out and always do your own research
