1/5 stars (previously 5*)Terrible experience with the CRM Team's customer service during a critical time. They're unresponsive and unhelpful. My point of contact, Sheetal, consistently ignores my:Phone callsWhatsApp messagesEmailsGiven her role in Customer Relationship Management, it's ironic that there's no relationship management happening. Avoid their service if you can.

My experience with the sales team at Sobha Neopolis has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I was clearly told that I could cancel my booking within 15 days and receive a full refund. It has now been over a month, and not only has the cancellation not been processed, but there is also zero transparency or proper communication from their end. I’ve been constantly chasing them for updates with no resolution. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others to be careful before trusting any verbal commitments made by their sales team.

Got cheated of ₹34,000 due to false promises by the sales team.I really liked Neopolis as a project and booked a flat in a hurry after being told that prices would go up the next day. The sales team promised that there would be no cancellation charges. While booking, they refused to accept a cheque and asked me to pay an amount of 16.5 Lacs using debit/credit card. When I asked about card swiping charges, they clearly promised that those exist but would be waived off. After 2-3 days, I found out about the prevailing issues with the project and decided to cancel the booking. But while processing refund, they deducted ₹34,000 as swiping charges. The Sales Executive, his manager, and the Associate Cluster Head had come at 11 PM to convince me and collect the booking form, and made all these promises – which they later denied. I have WhatsApp messages confirming this, and I had even written on my booking form that " 0 swiping charges discussed and agreed", only then I had signed the booking form. Despite all this, there's no sense of accountability from sales.Lost all the trust I had for Sobha as a brand.I plan to file a police complaint once I return to India.

The road connectivity is so bad. The Panathur S cross is horrible nightmare to cross while coming from Kadubeesanahalli. If you are coming from Sarjapur road, CDP road has a such bad patch and it is the same state from so long. Just try to visit once during office peak hours, you will know the reality.

Pros:Brand name, Sobha is a big brand name, quality might be good, however their recent project Sobha Lake Gardens doesn't say so.Cons:Living in middle of a slum, front and back gates have slum both ways, you might not even feel safe entering solo in the night from any of these.Highly highly overpriced for the location, the reason why Sobha is struggling to sell their flats even after 2 years of launch. Even they have availability in the phase 1 which opened 2 years back for sale. They have hired 100s of marketing channel partners to lure you into such an expensive trap.Existing investors are struggling to even get their principal amount back on resale. There are 5 to 6 properties resale available at the same rate as purchased before two years, which again is highly overpriced for the location.Graveyard in front of the main road. Very bad and not prosperous.Rajakaluve inside the property, no matter what they say, there is a problem. They show 4 bhk as Model flat and say the 3 bhk is exactly the same without 1 room, which is not true. In reality the Hall in 3 bhk 1915 sqft is so small that even you can't fit a dining table and a L shaped sofa. what's the point of spending 2.7+ cr when you have such a compact hall, don't go on the dimensions, go see their model flat, and then reduce the tiles as per the dimension in 3 bhk - 1915 sqft. You'll immediately regret your decision.Think wisely. Also, I was also one of the prospective buyers, however when I analyzed everything along with the flat size lies by their so called professional sales team, want to make sure no one takes wrong decisions due to these kind of builders selling boxes at crores.

Please don't do the mistake of purchasing flat here. People of Sobha dream acres right next to it are already suffering since they don't have proper road due to Panathur S cross every day. We are all on road every Sunday to protest to get the approach road done !I can see Sobha ppl putting messages saying “this is not accurate presentation” They think ppl will have to travel in helicopters to reach Neopolis. That’s the one & only approach road there is to reach this place, how the hell is it not accurate representation. You are talking about “priorities” of people?? Every person wants to come out of the house drive vehicle & reach somewhere. They don’t want to buy your house & get locked up & sit inside house. Every person priority is also proper roads to go out. But we are swimming every time there are rains. Sobha should be ashamed to even dare respond with such stupid idiotic & illogical messages.

Worst customer service provided by Sobha. Please take everything in writing whatever they are promising, it will help in suing this fraud company running on fake promises. Their CRM doesn't pick your calls neither their central CRM team. Prestige is much better for your mental health in case something goes wrong. They don't have any empathy or sympathy for their customers.
