The builder is pathetic I am regretting to put my money here. They are crooked people the Bharatiya management. Corrupted and do not keep customers into consideration. Basically it's us who created the demand or else it would have been a place comparable to Mumbai Chawls.

Prices have gone through the roof. Most from north India will move out in 2-3 years and then there will be over supply and a crash in rates.

Not transparent builder, hidden charges. Doesn't care for buyer, poor service.Previous phases still not completed the amenities, although RERA date has long passed by. Phase 2 still has partial OC only.Expect delays and incompletions.Wall undulations, hollow tiles, poor Italian kitchen quality and bathroom vanity provided.Avoid this builder and utilise hard earned money on reputed/ grade A builder.

Everything seems fine except few. We were interested in the unit at floor 7 but sales person "Samares mukherjee", even after promising verbally and on whatsapp, didn't wait for half an hour for the booking amount and sold it to someone else. Later he arranged for floor 9 unit though.Secondly he did some miscalculation in calculating stamp duty charges, causing us to pay around 11.5k extra. Its a negligible amount as compared to sale value but why should we pay since we agreed on a different amount. Experiences like this show that some people don't care about your hard earned money.

Too many hidden charges over and above the inflated pricing. The flat sizes are pretty small too.
