Bhartiya Urban sales and CRM teams are just shameless and pathetic! we deeply regret investing in not one, but two apartments in Nikoo Homes 5. Nikoo Homes 4 possession is delayed by several months, yet the CRM team obnoxiously tells us that customers are not **allowed** to view our apartments. They only know how to send payment demands promptly and ensure payments are received. But they are not prompt when it comes to updates or communications. Such a shame because Bhartiya City has so much potential to be something unique and different. Instead the sales and CRM teams have ruined our experience here.
