My name is Xxxx I have done booking at One of the flat through Prasanna. After booking he will not take phone calls and for messages and emails he never reply.. No coordination between the sales and CRM team. Bindu, Shruti, Raghuveer don't have a project timeline. Not sure whom to contact in such cases.. There's lot mis information provided by sales team. As per oral instructions project will be completed by December 2027, where as as per agreement it is June 2029. Now in May 2025 they are demanding for 48 % of total cost. Agreement is fully favoring the builder. The sales team stops taking call once you book the apartment or you have any feedback.

seriously??? they are constructing in middle of night..running machines, heavy cement mixers in middle of night at 1am.The entire neighborhood which was quiet now has to wake up with drilling machine sounds and sleep with the constructions sounds. Earlier we had peafowls and other birds visiting thanks to this project everything is gone. There is no peace in our homes due to this
