4years back (2020), I purchased a flat at OnCloud33, and my experience was exceptional. I was impressed by the detailed planning and had the opportunity to inspect a model flat as well.The management team was consistently supportive, promptly addressing any queries I had. Yeshwanth, in particular, has been my reliable point of contact. Even when he is away, he ensures that all necessary information is conveyed by the next working day.I've also had very positive interactions with other CRM executives during my SIITA project. Their professionalism enhanced my overall experience.The construction quality of UrbanRise exceeded my expectations, which I truly appreciate.Yeshwanth you are amazing for being in touch with me all the time and the responses from you is truly incredible.

Discrepancy in Information and Lack of Transparency at Urbanrise Property VisitUrbanrise Team,I wanted to share my recent experience during a visit to your property, which was quite disappointing and raises serious concerns about communication and transparency.Before visiting, I called to confirm whether a sample flat or the actual under-construction flat (as informed to be 80% complete) would be available for viewing. I was assured over the phone that both could be shown during the visit. Based on this confirmation, I went ahead, I drived for an hour and reached the property.However, upon reaching the sales office, I was informed that neither the sample flat nor the actual flat was available for viewing. The staff on-site mentioned that they had already instructed the phone support team not to give such commitments to prospective buyers, yet it appears these false promises are still being made.This clearly reflects a lack of coordination between the telephonic support and the on-site sales team. It’s extremely disappointing and misleading for potential buyers who rely on such information before making any decisions.Moreover, this is not the only incident. A friend of mine had a similar experience a couple of months ago where he too was denied a site visit, with the same justifications — an unfortunate incident occured at the property and demolition of the sample flat. Hearing the same story repeatedly only adds to the lack of trust.Frankly, I find it very difficult to understand how Urbanrise expects people to consider booking a flat without even being allowed to see it. Transparency and honesty are the foundation of trust in real estate, and this kind of behavior does not reflect well on your brand.I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards aligning your internal communication and improving the overall customer experience.

Urbanrise Cloud 33: A Nightmare of Misleading Promises and Poor Post-Sales Servicepurchased a flat in Urbanrise Cloud 33 a year ago, and my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. From misleading assurances during the purchase to abysmal post-sales support, this project has failed on every front.1. Misleading Information and Broken Promises:During the purchase, the sales team assured me that minor modifications like tile layover and wall dismantling would be allowed. They even promised assistance with laser cutting for the process. However, as possession neared, I was abruptly told that no such modifications were permitted. The salesperson who made these promises is no longer with the company, and the CRM team has completely backtracked on their earlier assurances. This is a clear case of mis-selling and false promises from VINAY and MAHENDRA from sales team.To add to the confusion, the CRM team sent an email stating, “There will be a Pre-Possession Site Visit scheduled before handover, and based on your satisfaction, the unit will be handed over after correcting all SNAGS.” Yet, when I requested pre-handover modifications, I was flatly denied. And even today i spoke with guy name SUBRAMANYAM who is from CRM team who denied and said there will be no Pre-Possession Site .The inconsistency and lack of transparency are appalling.2. Terrible Post-Sales Support:Divya, the Relationship Manager, was prompt in responding when it came to collecting payments. However, now that I need assistance with post-sales queries, her responsiveness has plummeted. Messages go unanswered for 24 hours or more, and I’ve received no support for my concerns. The lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking.They Even shared the my contact details to Liv Space for interior work without even my consent. Which clearly indicate the poor handling of customer information and i can see a clear breach.3. Misleading Reviews:I want to caution potential buyers about the 5-star reviews on Google. Many of these reviews were solicited by the company at the time of purchase and do not reflect the actual post-sales experience. My experience has been a nightmare, and I doubt I’m the only one.Final Thoughts:Urbanrise Cloud 33 has failed to deliver on its promises, and the post-sales service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. The lack of communication, broken assurances, and unprofessional behavior have left me feeling cheated and helpless.Advice to Buyers:Think twice before investing in this project. The post-sales experience is critical, and Urbanrise has proven to be utterly unreliable. Save yourself the frustration and regret—look elsewhere.RIP to all the buyers who have invested in this project. The post-sales service is a complete letdown, and I deeply regret my decision to purchase here.P.S.: The builder’s typical response of “Please send an email to CRM” is just a way to buy time and avoid resolving issues. Don’t fall for it—it never helps.**************06/03/2025I have sent mail to CRM and called divya 3 time during the working hours and no response form their end. They were not even bothered to call back and clarify the things.****************07/03/2025Latest Update – Divya’s Unhelpful Response:In a recent call, Divya, the Relationship Manager, outright denied any possibility of modifications to my flat. When I requested to speak with another technical person or a different Relationship Manager for further clarification, she refused to provide any details or escalate my concerns. This lack of cooperation and transparency is unacceptable. Additionally, when I confronted her about my contact details being shared with Livspace without my consent, she denied any involvement. However, I received a call from Livspace addressing me by name and mentioning my flat number—information that could only have been provided by Urbanrise. This blatant disregard for privacy and refusal to take accountability further highlights the unprofessionalism and poor customer service at Urbanrise.
