The plan features a lovely, spacious layout, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. A special thank you to Mr. Ashraf and Mr. Pandiyan, who were incredibly knowledgeable. They walked us through the project with immense patience, clarifying every doubt we had. The model house at the site office was truly fabulous, it gave us an emotional connection to the space and motivated us to move forward with buying an apartment. The presentation, display, and overall service were wonderful. We were also very impressed by the politeness and courtesy of the entire sales and marketing team. Their hospitality and willingness to guide us through every step made the entire process a breeze. The project looks good if everything promised has come out well. But we felt that there is a lack of clarity in the whole project. We are given back to back surprises after we handed over the booking cheque, which made us back off. We felt some things were shady and not transparent . They are quoting comparatively heavy additional charges which makes the box price exorbitantly high.

One of the best apartment in ECR. Booked a flat in Voora one sea and happy with the progress so far. Construction is on track, and the builder is transparent and communicative.
