Ruby properties are looking good in terms of quality and offerings. However, the attitude and approach of some sales representatives during negotiation discussions are not acceptable. Customer queries and negotiations should be handled with professionalism and respect, regardless of the outcome. I hope the management looks into this and ensures a better experience going forwa
