Recently I have visited the project. They have shown all the documents clearly. This project is not in the FTL or Buffer zone. Don't believe random things from the internet. This project is clearly approved and they have also left 1 acre for the buffer zone which they are going to convert into a public garden. Hope this helps everyone who is looking for the information of this project.

If anyone can explain why they are making TWO ORIGINAL Sale Agreements and 1 SALE Agreement they are KEEPING WITH THEMSELVES WITH ONLY SIGNATURE OF BUYER. They are REFUSING THE SIGNATURE OF BUILDER ON THAT. The CRM COULD NOT CONVINCE US as to why they need the 2nd agreement with only buyer's signature.

Nice projectToday I visited orianaThey have shown all the documents regarding ftl and buffer zone and as per documents there is no issue in the project. I think they are maintaining all the records and constructing as per RERA & GHMCNow am in price negotiation stage with sales person and it's a good project

Impressed with the spacious apartments and good amenities (pool, gym, etc.) at Oriana. Kukatpally - Hitechcity location offers good infrastructure, and connectivity.Shoutout to Uday from sales for his helpfulness!Overall, a great choice for spacious living in a developing Hyderabad area with excellent amenities. If you're considering it, be mindful of potential traffic and current public transportation options.

I went for a site visit today. I really liked the way they explained each and every detail to us about the flat.The gated community plan is very good and the flats are very spacious.Thanks to Mr. Uday (Sales Manager) for showing us in detail of the project.
