Update: Builder has promised to move the STP to phase 3 away from residence. Waiting for it to start the work. I will update accordingly. I am one of the unfortunate buyer where they sold the unit on the STP lane. They didn't even informed us that there will be STP. We were promised garden infront but now we have STP in our lane. They are trying to fix STP from past one year and they are unsuccessful. Every few months they expirement and it causes more problems. Not worth buying as we were cheated with false promises
