Don't even try to book an Flat. They will take years and years to complete. The Marketing team have never been on their Words. It is promised to be handled by the mid of 2024 at the time of booking. Then they shifted to the end of 2024. But now the work phase is Zero and the flats looks the same even after a Year !!! Are there even any redressal to be performed to get the work kicked up ?! Is there any assurance that it will be completed?
