It seems that the plots are almost 15 kilometers from Avadi. Moreover they have not created clear direction to reach this plots. All are in initial stage and they are waiting for approval from Government.

made a visit last week , 1. still they are waiting for RERA approval for the phase 1 which is the way to goto Pahse 3 and 4 , 2 Club house and swimming pool is just a board ,,,,which they say will be there in future, So whats the purpose of promoting the amenities i 3. The rera Number in the brouchure and they gave when i visited doesnot reflect in the RERA portal , May be its new and may take time 4. May be approx 20 ft single lane road to reach the layout from the periyapalayam thirininravur periyapalayam road , approximately atleast 4 kms from that road 5. will take lot of time to develop , its a single lane road hardly if a truck is on the opposite side no way need to back off , is admidst of agricultural land and plantations .... at present overall need to wait and watch
