Don’t buy apartments in RR group, now is ok. But in future we will face many issues.. I have faced there is no good quality construction. There is no proper STP setup. Just like tht they will cheat.. ipo onnu solluvanga after delivery onnu solluvanga.. Veetakearam already farming area tht from govt in future stp issue will come.. I have bought flat in RR sai Abhinav in Kalikkanayakan Palayam 5 years back, around 400Flats are there. Now we r facing stp issue from government. Like we got notice from government. The another thing is we cannot sell tht apartment also.. totally waste of money..? We r in full stress.. here there is no 0 so I gave 1 star..

Peaceful and quiet surroundings within the city ,spacious flats at affordable budget.

The project is looking good and also easily accessible from RS Puram. I like the theme of colors in this project making us calm and peacefull.
