Don't Go Casagrand if you went and if you want to cancel or modify your project its impossible . Worst CRM , Worst Managementam writing to bring to your urgent attention an unresolved issue that has caused me significant financial and emotional hardship.I had initially booked a unit in Casagrand SouthBrook with a home loan. However, I later decided not to proceed with that project and requested to swap my booking to Casagrand Primrose. I was informed by the Casagrand banking team that the existing home loan for SouthBrook would be closed and a new loan would be processed for the Primrose project.This transition was confirmed to have been initiated on March 25, 2025, but unfortunately, the home loan for the SouthBrook unit has still not been closed. As a result, I am now forced to pay two EMIs every month — one for the old loan and another for the new one.Even this month, I had to pay both EMIs:First Home Loan (SouthBrook): ₹36,000Second Home Loan (Primrose): ₹85,000This has put me under extreme financial pressure. I am mentally and emotionally exhausted. I understand this may seem like a routine matter to your team, but for me, this is a daily struggle. Please try to imagine how difficult it is to manage my family under such circumstances. I feel truly disappointed and regretful about having chosen Casagrand.

My parents visited the property last week, let's just say they were all teeth when they got home.., They liked this project very much, and I like it too, but concerned about the negative reviews and complains about your projects, hope you fix all those complains and make this a success for you and the customers..
