All the good review , please read slowly you will understand its paid I have bought the plot and totally unfair to ask extra 1.5L in the last for electric lines which was not mentioned in the beginning . They did not care to respond or accept there mistake and provide us some alternative for this . Please buying any other project dont trust the CRM words ask the real customer who have bought the plot

Like others who gave 1 star, I’m an owner of a plot in Purva Ratan. There is no transparency in rate . They have charged 5-6 lakhs extra like vasthu plot, eb charges, maintenance charges, development charge’s, professional charges etc. but the progress they made around the development is pathetic. I have bought another plot in Vgn and the response and development and charge’s are very straight forward no hidden cost. Purva projects are definitely got recommended. Initially the breakup they gave is different and after u sign sale agreement and at the time of registration they charges more money and ask us to clear the payments to register the plot. It’s like cornering the buyers, then buyers have no choice and have to pay the amount to get this registered. After all these double game atleast they should complete what they have given as amenities. Till now It’s not completely fullfilled and other projects quickly completes the amenities. This project was launched in 2023 if I’m not wrong. Will it take such a long period to complete the plot development for a reputed company? Pathetic services. Please don’t purchase with these unprofessional developers.

I bought a plot in this project over a year ago. And I visited it recently. Overall i should say Purvankara has developed it well. It looks good. Underground electric cables, rainwater drainage, park, fencing and club house. Good job overall. Some things could have been better, road quality is not giving confidence, and could get damaged easily. I love the size of the park and the number of different amenities within the park. Club house and some parts of the park is still pending as of Jun 2025. Overall it looks like a very good project.

I recently booked a Villa plot at Purva Raagam after visiting several projects across Chennai. Nothing matched the connectivity, infrastructure, and lifestyle features offered here. Being close to top schools and hospitals gives me peace of mind for the future. I'm confident I made the right choice!

As a purchaser in this layout below is my experience, a) Slow to no progress: Registration along with 100% payment happened on 2024, but the plot is not yet handed over, basic infra like EB connection is not present. b) Unresponsive CRM team: Their CRM team is based out of bangalore and dont respond to any queries and provide misleading information. c) Preferential treatment for certain customer: Not sure why but they go out of their way to provide free of charge EB connection for certain customers to construct their house, but not for all. No professionalism and act they like third grade builders. This was borderline illegal and hope to discuss with Purva higher management team to take required action. d) Bad planning of EB junction boxes: They have placed EB junction boxes right in centre of certain plots, obstruction the plot frontage and car parking. e) They requested additional 1.5L extra charge for EB connection during registration which was not disclosed at the time of booking. The OSR amenities and development quality is good as of now(need to check in long term), but the purva team is really bad and a proper community needs to be formed with residents post handover for the betterment of this layout.

The physical infrastructure is robust. Well connected to kuthambakkam bus terminal, upcoming poonamalle metro station, avadi railway station & Chennai International airport. There are many schools, colleges, hospitals & IT Hubs nearby. Plus, there's EVP cinemas, Queensland Amusement park, Reliance mall & D Mart nearby. Happy & confident to invest in Purva Raagam.
