Hi, Clarifying once again that this is not an isolated complaint from a single owner. The concerns being raised are collective and clearly visible on-site every day. There appears to be no responsible site-level person actively overseeing or resolving these matters, despite multiple complaints. This reflects a serious gap in day-to-day operations and accountability. To be very clear: * These are not individual grievances—they are common community issues affecting multiple residents. * The condition of common areas is poor, and that is visibly evident to anyone who visits the premises. * No new construction or handover work seems to be in progress—yet several workers are still occupying space and sheds have been installed in parking areas, causing discomfort and congestion for residents. These matters should not have to be raised repeatedly by individual owners. A responsible builder or site management team should proactively address such issues without waiting for escalation. While we acknowledge the builder’s intent to provide a quality living space, the execution and upkeep by the managing team is failing significantly. We strongly urge you to take these issues seriously and resolve them at the builder/ownership level without further delay. Kindly treat this as a formal and constructive reminder on behalf of the concerned stakeholders.

To clarify: I am an actual buyer in this community and the owner of a villa. This representation may also be considered as coming through our property management team/legal advisor on behalf of other owners. We are fully prepared to share photographic evidence supporting every concern raised. These points are not just opinions but honest, fact-based feedback. “” If the builder and team had shown the same urgency in resolving these long-standing issues as they did in replying to reviews, this matter would not have escalated to this point. There is nothing to gain by making false allegations—the sole intent is to seek accountability and ensure the promised standards are met”” That said, I also want to point out that some reviews, including the one repeating the exact text above, appear to be part of a propaganda effort to tarnish the builder’s reputation rather than provide constructive feedback. I have personally known Mr. Balamurugan for over 22 years, and I have purchased multiple apartments from him in the past without encountering such concerns. I also had the privilege of knowing his late father, Mr. Padmanaban, who was widely respected as an honest and sincere man. It is important to distinguish between genuine feedback and attempts to mislead or malign the brand. While constructive criticism should be addressed with action, baseless allegations do a disservice to the community and to the hard work that has gone into developing this project.

It’s time to live up to that trust—not dismiss genuine concerns, but work toward creating a community that reflects the value people believed they were investing in. I find it disappointing—but not surprising—that rather than addressing the genuine issues raised, you’re choosing to question my identity and dismiss the concerns as “misleading.” Let me clarify: Either a flat or villa owner in your project. You may consider this representation coming from their appointed property management team / legal advisor. It's concerning to see the focus of your reply shift towards questioning the authenticity of the reviewer instead of addressing the very real issues raised. We are also happy to share photographic evidence supporting every concern raised in our review—this is not just opinion, but honest, fact-based feedback. Had the builder or team shown the same level of urgency and attention toward resolving these long-standing issues as they did in replying to this review, this matter would not have escalated to this point. Let’s be clear: there is nothing to gain by making false allegations. The intent is not to malign the brand but to seek basic accountability and fulfilment.
