Only buy this if you didn't earn the money yourself and don't care about wasting it. If you actually worked for your cash, AVOID IT. The quality is terrible for the insane price. Maintenance costs will be a massive rip-off – they'll just maintain the garden to make it look like they're doing something. It's absolutely NOT worth your hard-earned money. Still Buy it? Good luck – you'll need it.

2.9 acres of land, 9Cr for every flat ,44 units. Do the math... Who is beneficiary...not flat buyer for sure. They feel person with 9Cr is fool, even maintenance cost will be higher as units are less....
