Good society

We recently had the opportunity to visit the Sumadhura Sarang, and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Special thanks to Mr. Ambarish and Mr. Francis for their exceptional assistance throughout the process. They took the time to explain every aspect of the property in detail, helping us make an informed decision and choose the perfect home for our next chapter. As existing customers of Sumadhura group, this is our second home, and once again, we find peace and comfort in their developments. The construction quality has continually improved over time, and we are genuinely impressed with the attention to detail and craftsmanship that goes into every project. Overall, we are thrilled to be part of the Sumadhura family again. Their commitment to excellence, trust and customer satisfaction is truly commendable. We look forward to settling into our new dream home and experiencing the same effortless living we've enjoyed with Sumadhura group before.

Sourav did a great job explaining. Sumadhura concept of showing a demo floor and a model flat is awesome.

Road condition is really bad. People living in this area are facing road construction issue from 3 years now. Builder has taken as CSR but not doing anything for road construction. Think before you buy

Changed from 2 to 1 star. Approach road is accident prone and very bad path holes. Sumadhura has taken as CSR but not doing road work at all. I believe they are overhyping prices. They have only single unit of 2 BHK in entire building with only 1 toilet at 20th floor. If you are going for that no use. Problem lies in their existing project which they already sold by telling a luxury project and now they are not able to maintain it. Many leakage problems at basement. Plumbing is not properly done. Every rain one or other pipe gets burst. Enliven which is their sister company is unable to provide maintenance on issues raised. They allowed service apartment like airbnb which was prohibited as per sales agreement. Handover is still not started.

The issue is fixed, so changing my review to a 5⭐. Keep doing good work, Sumadhura.

Very much impressed with the project and special mention and Thanks to Thousif for the smooth process and always being available for all the queries we had.

So far our overall experience after multiple visits has been positive only. Thousif and team is doing a good job with all the procedures. Regarding the negative reviews mentioned here : Kindly consult your sales person or check with broker. Over all project seems promising.
