Smooth process, Thousif was very patient in explaining the process.Overall satisfying experience on booking (Till now
)Edit: Post bookingAll though the sales team is very helpful, but the CRM team is unresponsive. Their app is very poorly built and there are no other means of communication. They are very slow in responding and are never available directly on call.I highly recommend sending emails as the primary way of communication as the app is not reliable also there should be CRM professionals whom we can call or msg directly which is not the case today.

I'm very happy with my experience at Sarang. The project stands out for its thoughtful design, quality construction, and attention to detail. The amenities and layout reflect a clear vision for comfortable and modern living. A special mention to the Chandrakanth, he is incredibly professional, transparent, and supportive throughout the process. His guidance made the entire journey smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend Sarang for anyone looking for a reliable investment and a great home!

This project appears to be very promising investment in terms of 60+ acres of green surroundings on one side. It is a bit far from major IT hubs, and the traffic conditions traveling towards the city get worse everyday though. This location is overall a good tradeoff for some.Ms. Vineedha was very helpful during our visit to the site. Among other things, she took us on a physical tour of Sumadhura's 'quality studio' at the actual construction site (not in the air-conditioned A/V room!). That helped us better understand the construction process and materials used. Overall good experience with polite and patient staff. Weighing the pros and cons, the pricing seems to be on the higher side.

Visited the project during the launch of Phase 2. I was assisted by Abhishek Prasad. He patiently heard our queries and explained the details of the project. The CRM is very responsive and engaging in terms of queries after sale as well.Few observations about the project -Location - conveniently located off Whitefield. The nearest metro station is Kadugodi which is approximately 5km from the location. In next 2-3 years development can be expected owing to the projects lined up in the corridor. A plus point is the proximity to Atal Botanical garden and accessibility to Orion uptown, Forum Mall (future).Project - Sumadhura has launched this has a premium segment which is reflective in the price. While the project is built on 4.5 acre of land parcel, the builder has provided almost most amenities. What remains to be seen is whether the final product justifies the premium price tag.Layout and carpet area - phase 2 higher floor units will have direct view of the botanical gardens ( a slight to behold during monsoon!). The carpet area is ~66% which is on the lower side when compared to Asset Marq which provides 72% and Tier1 builders offering 68%. The overall open space is less.Most important - Corporation/kaveri water connection status to be updated in due course.
