Road quality is in poor condition while compare to vgn layout. Even a small rain road causes errision due to seal coat is missing on the top of bitumen road.

As we say first impression is the best, we liked the layout for the first time itself. In fact we canceled the plot purchase 3 times with Jones as it was increasing our planned budget. But due to pricing and facilities available in Jones we couldn't resist from buying the plot there. Every time we went there the sales team were very supportive and they left no room for any complaint. All the time they explained us in detail. Special thanks to Mr. Mani, Mr. Salman and the Sales Head Mr. Gilchrist who helped us in all possible ways.

Premium plots at prime location. Ponmar is going to be a more convenient residential location . With the easy access to Metro to come , the proximity to OMR, Tambaram and Medavakkam is an added advantage. The Christwood School is just behind this project. Compared to VGN and nearby plots this project rates are very reasonable.
