Please reconsider the decision of buying Honer property. Already many issues in there earlier completed 2 projects. No response from builder. Their pms service is worst and completely illogical. Better refrain then regret.

Seepage Issue Exists Since Possession – Extremely Disappointed I own a flat in Honer Aquantis. From the very beginning of my ownership, I have been facing serious seepage problems in my parking area. Despite repeatedly informing the builder and following up multiple times, no proper action has been taken to resolve the issue. This is not just a minor inconvenience — seepage causes long-term structural damage and safety concerns, yet the builder has shown complete negligence and lack of accountability. A responsible builder should promptly address defects, especially those reported right after possession.

Sharing Experience of Honer Aquantis as resident! Water frequently accumulates near the lakeside wall, creating a breeding ground for mosquitoes and increasing the risk of dengue for residents. The builder has not taken any action to address this issue.

Current state of Aquantis, Sub par landscaping, lot of seepage issues. Smaller builders do lot better landscaping. Incomplete outer boundary wall plantation. When concerned are raised management doesn't respond and they are filled with ego. Wouldn’t recommend honer homes, instead go with proven reputed builders. Honer homes has failed to deliver what was promised in both vivantis and Aquantis

Do not buy a flat from this builder. They are scamming people left right and center. There are so many issues in their previous projects and they are not at all owning up to them. They are looting money from the owner
