I have visited this property and noticed a few points Pros- 1. Good build 2. Internal designs are good. 3. The overall Facade of the entire building looks amazing. Cons- 1. Approach road and surroundings are not good and give you get a feeling of slum. 2. High tension lines are nearby. 3. The way it has been designed, anyone can peek into your home easily. 4. The internal structure approach to the basement is complicated and confusing. go visit and take your call, from my point of view it looks good but there are practical issues are around the property. from my side 3*.

Hi Team. The pin in google maps shows apartment's backdoor. We do have a security to handle basic operations but we do not have a proper society and apartment management system installed there. We only have it on the front gate. We are facing issues when there is any vendor or guests visiting our apartment. They land up on back door instead of front door. Requesting to please update the pin location on google maps so that we do not run into these issues. I have also attached the screenshot as to where the front door location is and the google map pin should be pointing. For reference it is adjacent to Suvarna Residency.
