Project is very good. Near to this there is a pharma company. Ground water quality is at stake as the pharma company wastes could seep into the ground entering ground water. This company had to be shifted, as it is near to housing area.

Very POOR service after booking the plot. I have already paid 50% and another 10% money requested for next payment. Till now they did not even arrange for agreement registration. No response to emails or phone calls. Again and again missing on the time lines for agrement registration without even update that if any delay. I would suggest refrain buying from them.

Alert ! Alert ! Alert ! Avoid purchasing land from Purva Land, The sales team has not been transparent about the hidden charges involved in the booking process, only providing basic information about the plot. During registration, they request a significant additional amount more than 1 lakhs on top of the SQFT charges (Electricity infrastructure fees) that were previously mentioned. You cannot cancel at the last moment, as it could result in significant losses. They are cheating the customers, This is one type of scam. You have to think 1000 time before booking the plot in this developer . The agreement they have in place favor the developer rather than the buyer
