Visited the project in Sep 2025, The sales team is nice and cordial. However there are some issues. 1.Prices for 3BHK 1750 sqf starting from 2.75 cr, they give very little discount. 2. As per Rera they are having only G+12 approval and UDS is only 19%. However they are saying they will get clearance for another 6 floors and make it G+18. Then UDS will reduce even further 3.Rera website, there are 2 projects, Soulspring Phase 1 consisting of Tower 2 & 3 and another project with name Manikchand Svamitva Soul Spring phase 2 with Tower 1 and Tower 4. However entire project is on same land, further more Tower 2&3 are in between tower 1&4, then why it's showing as seperate project.

I want everyone to know the nuisance they are for apartments around. After countless calls to the cops, a written complaint, and their management representative promising stricter times as per law, they don’t seem to be budging or helping us live here or cooperate with them. They are making my life miserable. Here’s the timeline of daily disturbances: 1. 5:45 AM – Concrete vehicles start arriving one after the other. 2. 6:15–6:30 AM – Centering work begins. 3. 7:45–8:00 AM – Excavation work starts. 4. Throughout the day – Debris is thrown down the chute at random times, which gets my heart racing. 5. Work goes on till 7:30-8 PM 6. Sundays they work till we call the cops Out of frustration I am writing this post. Zero ethics and they do not keep up their word.
