Me and My husband decided to buy a 3 bhk apartment in S & P Courtyard. Though they say all the houses are Vastu Compliant But when we showed these apartments to our Vastu Consultant, We came to know that none of the houses are Vastu Compliant. When we discussed with the team of S & P courtyard, they agreed to do some minor modifications in the flat, which we wanted to buy and they promised us to do those changes and we paid Rs.1 lakh for booking. But after encashing the cheque, they refused to do the modification and said it is impossible to do now. Feeling cheated, we decided to cancel the booking and sent email to return our money. After getting our email regarding cancellation they again agreed to do the modifications. But having witnessed false promises, we decided not to proceed and requested them to return the money. Now its been a long time and we are chasing behind them to get our money back and sending emails but of no use. They told us they will deduct Rs.30,000/- as cancellation fee and return Rs. 70,000/-. That also they are not returning.

Purchased a flat in S&P 3rd time. quality of construction is the best part. A excellent customer relationship service.

Recently visited the project, very good location. Nearing completion ready to move in shortly.
