*Disappointing Experience with ASBL Spire* *Rating:* 1/5 I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience living in ASBL Spire, a residential gated community that promised luxury and convenience. Unfortunately, the reality is far from it. The property management team seems incapable of handling even basic responsibilities, and maintenance issues are rampant. The lack of a dedicated lift for vendors and labour is a huge inconvenience, causing unnecessary disruptions to daily life. What's more frustrating, however, are the hidden charges for common electricity and maintenance. There's no transparency or clarity on how these charges are calculated, leaving residents like me feeling taken advantage of. The gas usage deductions and electricity usage deductions are also unclear, and the inflated electricity unit prices are shocking. When questioned, the management team seems unaccountable and uninterested in providing explanations. Overall, my experience with ASBL Spire has been a nightmare. Unless they revamp their management team and practices, I would not recommend this residential gated community to anyone. *Advice to potential residents:* Be cautious of the hidden charges and lack of transparency in billing. Ask plenty of questions before signing up, and consider visiting the community in person to get a sense of the management team's responsiveness. I'm still living in this society, you may ask any other residents regarding these challenges. I'm not sure who rated them 5* so far.

The flats are really amazing but the society lacks basic amenities and maintenance. Power goes off every now and then, Water issues, DG power back up charges 4x of the normal electricity, Asbl wallet - deduct charges on electricity / common maintenance without any notice. Rents are also high for no reasons. Sincere advice- If tou have other options please do not take apartment here
