One of the slowest moving projects in Whitefield. There are much better alternatives available from Sumadhura, Assetz, Bren etc. in the same region.

Staff Behaviour is bad. Visited for the first time after booking the flat online trusting blindly. after 3 months when I visited to see the model flat, the sales people were so rude. Ruined the whole moment of okay, I am getting to own a space here.

1- Be careful, approach road is surrounded by low laying areas filled with water. One side is hidden by temporary walls other visible and stink. 2- checkout Dishank app, a stream/rajakulava/nala flow through the back side of project. That extra 3 acre garden is to cover it up. During rain it won't be of any use plus extra maintenance for it. 3- Check out Google earth for last 20 year pictures, approach road get flooded periodically. 4- Check out topographical map of Bangalore, project is 5-6 feet lower than nearby projects (mahaveer promenade) which got flooded in 2022. 5- There is an open sewage canal in front of project (8-10 feet wide). Be ready for smell. 6- Brokers misleading customer by saying that area got flooded because of obstruction in rajakulava which won't happen in future due to clearance.As per multiple posts on X, this is a wetland of nearby lake. Water stagnant naturally in case of lake overflow. As per tweets it's encroached wetland. 6- High density project with very low uds. 7- Heavy traffic in peak hours due to nearby villages and schools. Road extension would be difficult as presence of locals around roads. 8- two km inside from main road. 9- small rooms and living area. Pros- 1- NPS is within 2km.
