Don't buy from ASBL , there is no representative once paid the amount to ask for any thing, all false promises, it is kind of flats no one responsible.. don't go by builder.. they will not reach you or you will not reach them to ask or check for anything.. don't waste hard earned money, they still not giving my token amount as it is refundable once u don't want buy.. they will say there are only few flats left, so ask us pay token amount to block flat and take decision to buy not, and if you withdraw from buying, they will not give back your amount and they will keep on saying it will take time.. please don't buy from ASBL.

ASBL customer receiving is very bad I went on a bike instead of car, they did not even respond properly for the new flat enquiry Also said out of 400 change flats they said only 1 2bhk flat is available that too in a place like Pocharam. They did not even allow us to take a look at the community view saying that keys not available. After some days, they advertised last 30 units of 2bhk available only @64L all inclusive How come the price of 2bhk went down from 80L change to 64L How about people who bought already. ??
