I bought a villa in 2021 and recently visited the plot and was surprised to see the premises very neat and clean . The food was good and Mr Selvam was there to take care of the property and guests. He did a good job in guiding us

Stepsstone Promises to Rent a Villa if you buy one from them in their Stepsstone Avarta, Immediately but the Rent will never be credited and the Tenant rented out to won’t be bothered to honour the Contract.

Fantastic place to stay.. Pros- it has separate private beach Swimming pool is very well maintained Games both indoor and outdoor The rooms are very neat Food is awesome and delicious in both quality and quantity Power supply and water supply is superb Safe and secure surrounding. Cons- Need to improvise garden maintenance Should avoid street dogs coming in villa areas By S.Senguttuvan and family Neyveli
