Anmol constructions are always time delays projects, My relatives bought 3 flats in Anmol Alpine square, Patancheru almost 2 years back, Still the construction is going on, there is no much difference in progress, for Management also they don't have any clarity when it will be finished(May be another 3 years easily). They always mentioned funding issues. But good part is the construction quality is good with out any time limit.

Plans are ok. They gave more importance to balcony space, which may not be for everyone liking. But they mentioned that almost all pond flats sold out except for top floor even before RERA.
