Really Amenities are good.

Visited the project in Oct’24 , floor plans were okay, rooms tiny for a villa, not elderly friendly plans.In less than 2 months they just decided to increase the price by 75 lacsfrom 2.25 cr to 3cr for villas and 1.4cr to 2.15 for row villas.Price too high given it’s too far away from the nice ring road and nothing close by.In Bangalore builders are increasing price based on people’s affordability not just line with the value of property and creating unnecessary inflation.

Amazing piece of creation .The entire community is so quite and peaceful. Every house has a private garden and a back yard. Each house is tastefully designed and created.I loved the organic paint, Kota stone used in the villas and they have used compress mud blocks which again makes the house cool in summers .There is no other property like svamitva terravana in Bangalore. Far away from concrete world, this place is something like dream come true for a person who loves nature .Hats off to the founders, what a brilliant idea. They don't come with a mindset of making money but to give a quality life to people. There should be more property like terravana in Bangalore.

Truly superb villas. The architecture is very nice. Location is very much in nature. Its far from city. Retired life is good here. Mr Kishore was very informative and good in explaining details. Its nice.

Very inexperienced, highly pricey and unprofessional team. Absolutely no transparency, please be highly vigilant dealing with this project.
