Wasn't a great experience there was difference of 13L from the amount they gave as an initial quote, lot of hidden charges , seperately 1L charge for west and north facing properties. They said no GST after visiting the site they said instead they charge tax loss amount of 5L Very bad experience simply wasted me time. Please don't believe the amount they quote , they will definitely quote atleast 10 to 15L extra.

Happy to share my review, Recently visited Jones by seeing the ad in Instagram, this is our first home we visited after planning to buy our own home. We liked the location and the model house, and mainly it is budget friendly for middle class people. We Booked our first home here in Jones the Breeze
