There is a bunch of stray dogs occupying the kids play area. So anyone visiting that side of the property and if your kids insisting to check out the park and cricket net please be careful. Those dogs are very aggressive

Don’t invest your hard earned money with any purva project, their quality is bad. They are still fixing roads and drainage 1year after handover. There is big gap between what was promised v/s what is delivered. Compare their ad v/s actual delivery you will realise yourself. Don’t get carried away with their beautiful videos and sweet talk of sales guys. They don’t hesitate to charge you more than agreed cost sheet.

We had checkedd 3 other plotted communities bbefore this, but most weree either too far or didn’t have basic work done. Tivoli Hills had tarred roads, electricity lines, and even water lines in place. It gave us confidence to go ahead with the booking.
