Fraudulent Goons. After months of house search, we finalized a 3bhk unit in Phase 2 and paid initial booking amount. The team called us next day to change our booking to Phase 3 and asked to pay an additional 16 lakhs for the similar unit. Then they conveniently offered another option to pay 10 lakhs extra to keep the same unit in Phase 2. When we disagreed, they forced us to cancel the booking by threatening legal action. This is not a builder but a gang of goons, looking to extort hard earned money of salaried individuals of Bengaluru. Stay away from them.

Beautiful man made lake inside the project. It's next to tata carnatica township. Very beautiful setup and has great future potential as it's near to airport city and signature park. Malls and tech park all coming up close by .
