I have noticed the work completion status is much faster than what we have expected. After verifying all the documents with a lawyer, We have booked one flat and the response from the team is really satisfactory so far and hope the builder will continue this in future also.

Inspiria Tropical Gardens? More like Inspiria Trash-ical Gardens. I tried booking a flat, but dealing with their sales disaster, Prashant, was like arguing with a brick wall—except the wall might’ve had better manners and IQ. This guy was so unprofessional I’m shocked he’s allowed near customers. They act like they’re Prestige or Brigade—good luck figuring out what you’re actually paying! Save yourself the headache and run far, far away from this dumpster fire of a builder.

Episode 1: The “Initial Offer” Back in December , I visited the site, and the price quoted was ₹7k per sqft. Since the units were on the ground floor, I didn’t pay much attention. Fast forward to my recent visit, and suddenly, the same project is now ₹8100 per sqft. Episode 2: The Fake Discount Plot Twist The sales team generously offered a ₹225/sqft “discount”, trying to create the illusion of a great deal. But wait—here comes the mysterious phone call (cue dramatic background music). Right in the middle of negotiations, the salesperson suddenly gets a call and declares: “The price is fixed at ₹8000/sqft.” Episode 3: The Villainous Price Hike Just when I thought the drama was over, the next morning, the price was magically increased to ₹8250 per sqft.If this erratic pricing isn’t manipulation, I don’t know what is.The excuse they have is that it’s a landowner’s unit but I think it’s GREED. Final Verdict: Avoid This Low-Tier Builder For a builder with mediocre reputation and quality, Inspira is demanding premium rates without the premium experience. The pricing tactics here feel shady, unprofessional, and outright deceptive. If they play such games before the sale, imagine the headaches after purchasing! Moral of the story: If you’re buying from Inspira, be prepared for an emotional rollercoaster, sudden “plot twists,” and an ending that won’t be in your favor. Better to walk away than be part of this never-ending drama.
