I just want to warn people who are planning to buy flat from Candeur. The builder is very cheap. They use low quality materials. Once you buy the flat you will be doing maintenance of your flat your whole life. Don't get into trap of the polite behaviour of sales persons of the builder. These people are just after your money. Once you pay you don't exist for them.

This apartment is very well-designed and gives off a nice, luxurious feel. It’s also in a great location and is well-connected to the city. If you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable place in a convenient location, this is definitely a great option.

Most of the positive reviews posted here are either fake or paid ones. Please visit the recently completed opposite project where you would observe a lot of deviations, low quality lifts which are very essential for high rise apartments. They have compromised in all aspects, delayed timelines, cheap quality materials etc.

Over crowded Property, Poor Feedback from other Projects. Please get the feedback from adjacent Property their Candure 40. you will get to know the reality of this builder.Do not waste your Hard earned money.

Most of the positive reviews are fake. Please visit Candeur40 and check the construction quality and materials used before investing in any Candeur ventures. Also inquire with one of the residents who are already staying there.
