I just want to warn people who are planning to buy flat from Candeur. The builder is very cheap. They use low quality materials. Once you buy the flat you will be doing maintenance of your flat your whole life. Don't get into trap of the polite behaviour of sales persons of the builder. These people are just after your money. Once you pay you don't exist for them.

Most of the positive reviews posted here are either fake or paid ones. Please visit the recently completed opposite project where you would observe a lot of deviations, low quality lifts which are very essential for high rise apartments. They have compromised in all aspects, delayed timelines, cheap quality materials etc.
