I have been to this location to purchase plots based on the hype created by the GOV, and noticed that there is just an empty land and no much developments around. The prices quoted by this developed is extremely high for the area.

This development is previously developed by Radha Realty and who sold lots and registered to multiple buyers. It appears now Silpa acquired this development from Radha Realty who previously sold the development to multiple buyers. People beware of this development and possible litigation of double registrations etc. This development is total SCAM.
